This is Wurlitzer Model 5205 Wallbox that was cleaned and restored in working condition. It was thoroughly washed with hot water and degreasing detergent. There is no nicotine residue. The unit has been tested and makes all proper 104 selections. This unit is ready to be connected to a jukebox with the proper stepper or can be connected to an ipod or any home stereo with the Data Sync Wallbox Player System.
This wallbox has had a credit light added to the credit circuit so when a credit is established the top red reject button lights up, just like on the 5207's! There is also a credit switch installed so when not in use you can cycle the wallbox and turn it off so that the wallbox returns to the home position and the credit light goes out. It is never recommended for a wallbox to remain in the credit position when not in use because the credit circuit remains electrified and the resistor can burn out.
There is no coin equipment installed in this wallbox it is on FREE PLAY ONLY. You can however insert coins and use it as a piggy bank. The coin tray is installed and will collect the coins that are inserted.
The cover is original and in good condition for its age. It does have minor pitting and scratches (see detailed pictures)
The buttons were cleaned and buffed.
Replacement cylinder lock and key. The key can be removed in either the locked or unlocked position.
