This is a ROCKOLA WALLBOX, MODEL 1546 that was cleaned and restored in working condition. It was thoroughly washed with hot water and degreasing detergent. There is no nicotine residue. The unit was tested and makes all proper 120 selections. This unit is ready to be connected to a jukebox with the proper stepper or can be connected to an ipod or any home stereo with the Data Sync Wallbox Player System. PLEASE NOTE: If connecting this wallbox to a Data Sync Wallbox Player System or IPOD adapter the first TWENTY selections will not work. This is a design in the programming by Data Sync. They are aware of this limitation and are working on a solution.
This wallbox is complete with all coin equipment. Installed is a "free play" wire with a momentary switch. This would be the same as dropping a DIME and will give one play.
This wallbox is presently set on ONE PLAY for a DIME and THREE PLAYS for a QUARTER. The coin instructions on the cover are matching.
The cover has been rechromed and repainted (Rockola striping) and in very good condition. There is a small chip on the left hand side and does not really detract from the overall appearance of the chrome.
Front dome is plexiglass and comes with your choice of decal. (see pictures)
The pages have the titlestrips that were designed for the 1446 Comet Fireball Jukeboxes which had a different multi-colored titlestrip indicators to match the colors of the drum unit. It also has the green/white instruction plate.
The original buttons were cleaned and buffed.
The manufacturing date of this wallbox was May 28, 1955.
Replacement Cylinder Lock with key included and works perfectly.
